I came pretty close to reaching a perfect week for Week 3, but that closeness was erased the following week as Week 4 was a big miss. The time existed to complete all of the tasks, but I wasn’t able to overcome my internal pushback so neither piano nor intense stretching sessions were completed at all during Week 4.
It’s obvious and demonstrable where I struggle since working out, eating fairly healthy, and reading are always completed successfully. However, piano, which requires an unfamiliar use of my brain, and split stretching, which causes a more acute pain then lifting, are not. I had the same issue with splits for my other SOC and I’ve apparently learned that I can’t be trusted with this task which is very disheartening. If I’m being honest, I believe I will continue to fail with piano and splits during this SOC and it’s shameful that I know this and yet, I haven’t tried hard enough to remedy this. I need to get it together or there’s no doubt I will not reach my goals.
